0.1.0-beta

The first beta release covers the full record → transcribe → review loop:

Recording & notes — recording, saved-note review, search, playback, timestamp seeking, tags, notebooks, and related-note navigation.
Cloud AI — Grok transcription, summaries, Ask, read-aloud, usage limits, billing status, and privacy-mode blocking.
Local & offline — local Whisper model install and validation, backup import/export, data location settings, and user-visible error states.
Installer — signed Windows installer with Start Menu shortcut, uninstall entry, app icon, publisher metadata, and no separate Windows App Runtime prompt.

Version 0.1.0-beta installs as MyNote Genie and keeps existing local beta data under %LOCALAPPDATA%\EchoNotes for compatibility.

Windows 10 (build 19041 or later) or Windows 11.
A microphone; system-audio capture for meeting recording.
Optional: a local Whisper model (installed from within the app) for offline / privacy-mode transcription.
